Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma (SMZL) - Morphology: This low magnification view of SMZL shows replacement of preexisting lymphoid follicles by of splenic white pulp by micronodular tumoral infiltrates. The biphasic pattern seen in the previous image is absent here. Some tumor nodules may show a regressed or reactive germinal center.
