Multiple Myeloma : Kidney

Comments:
Renal involvement in a patient with disseminated multiple myeloma (autopsy case). Both kidneys had multiple, large, fleshy, red-brown lesions scattered throughout the parenchyma. Even in areas away from gross tumor, the glomeruli and tubules were surrounded by neoplastic plasma cells.
