Rete testis showing pagetoid spread of germ cell neoplasia in situ (GCNIS) from nearby tubules. The invasive component in this case was a seminoma. Areas in the upper left are uninvolved and filled with proteinaceous fluid. The tubules in the lower right show pagetoid involvement by tumor cells.
