Sebaceous Carcinoma: The tumor shows irregular lobular, trabecular, or diffuse sheet-like growth patterns in the dermis. The overlying epidermis is usually involved (as seen here) and there may be infiltration into subcutaneous tissues and skeletal muscle. The periocular variant is frequently associated with intraepidermal (pagetoid) spread and bowenoid carcinoma-in-situ.
