Molecular Subtypes of Breast Cancer - Basal-like: Microscopic photo showing a high grade invasive breast carcinoma. The tumor cells are negative for ER (estrogen receptor), PR (progesterone receptor), and HER2/neu (triple negative). However, the squamoid tumor cells are strongly positive for CK5/6 (see insert).
