Comments:
The tumor cells have abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm and sometimes show rhabdoid features. The nuclei are high-grade, large and vesicular with prominent nucleoli. Interestingly, many cases show loss of nuclear expression (by immunohistochemistry) of INI1 protein, similar to pediatric rhabdoid tumor of the kidney.
