Renal medullary carcinoma shows a variety of architectural patterns, including reticular, cribriform, yolk-sac like, glandular/tubular, and solid. The focus shown here has cribriform architecture with small lumina resembling adenoid cystic carcinoma. Intratumoral infiltrate of neutrophils is a frequent finding in renal medullary carcinoma.
