Neurofibroma of the urinary bladder is a rare neoplasm seen mostly in young patients with Neurofibromatosis-I. The image shows a spindle cell proliferation in the deeper aspects of lamina propria, whereas the superficial aspect shows Wagner-Meissner corpuscles. The histologic features are similar to neurofibromas seen elsewhere in soft tissues.
