Comments:
Lipofibromatosis presenting as a large ill-defined mass on the anteromedial aspect of the leg in a 6 month old child. Lateral radiograph of the leg shows 90 degree curvature at mid-shaft tibia and a deformed fibula. Note the massive enlargement of the leg caused by the soft tissue mass.
