Gross Pathology: Typical gross appearance of an adrenal myelolipoma. The tumor consists of a lipoma-like areas (composed of mature fat) admixed with dark red-brown, hemorrhagic, gelatinous foci (bone marrow elements). Note the bright yellow rim of adrenal cortex on the upper left.
