Myelolipoma : Management

Management: With the advancements in CT and MRI imaging techniques, myelolipomas can be confidently diagnosed pre-operatively with FNA or needle biopsies. Small asymptomatic lesions (incidentalomas) can be managed by surveillance with periodic imaging. Large symptomatic masses can be resected.
