Comments:
Thymolipoma is a benign, well-circumscribed, and encapsulated lesion composed of mature adipose tissue containing islands of non-neoplastic thymic tissue. The amount of thymic tissue is in excess of what would be considered normal for patient’s age. Most cases are asymptomatic. Some are associated with myasthenia gravis.
