Cystic Lymphangioma : Mediastinum

High power view of mediastinal lymphangioma showing anastomosing lymphatic spaces. Numerous lymphocytes and a few red blood cells are present in the lymphatic channels. Moderate amount of fibrous stroma is present in the walls.
