Basal cell carcinoma invading seminal vesicle. The majority of cases of basal cell carcinoma behave in an indolent fashion. Only a small proportion of these tumors show tendency to local recurrences or distant metastases. Most patients don't receive aggressive surgical therapy given their advanced age at presentation.
