Hyperplastic Polyp

Gastric hyperplastic polyps, also called inflammatory or regenerative polyps, represent up to 75% of all stomach polyps. They are more common in the antrum and usually measure 1 cm or less. The predominant histologic feature is enlarged, dilated foveolar epithelium.
