Hyperplastic Polyp

Comments:
The hyperplastic glands in these polyps are lined by foveolar epithelium and are dilated, irregular, and tortuous. The nuclei remain basally located underneath abundant mucinous cytoplasm. As these polyps are typically antral, background parietal cells are absent.
