Castleman's Disease : Mediastinum

Comments:
The center of lymphoid follicles in Castleman’s disease is usually depleted of lymphocytes and show follicular dendritic cells. The follicle is surrounded by a broad mantle zone consisting of concentric layers of lymphocytes resulting in an onion-skin appearance.
