Nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL): This image shows serpiginous nodular architectural pattern (Pattern B) as described by Fan et al (See Reference). It consists of interconnected aggregates of reactive B lymphocytes along with scattered neoplastic lymphocyte-predominant (LP) cells. A few normal reactive follicles sharply demarcated from the tumor tissue are also seen. Reference:Fan Z, Natkunam Y, Bair E, et al.
