NLPHL : CD21

Comments:
Nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL): The nodularity in NLPHL is created by expanded, loose meshwork of follicular dendritic cells along with CD20+ and IgD+ B-cells and reactive T cells.

The follicular dendritic cell meshwork can be best visualized with CD21 immunostain.
