Like conventional LCA, telangiectatic variants are well-circumscribed and lighter in color than the surrounding liver parenchyma. Prominent, dilated (telangiectatic) sinusoids filled with blood give the cut surfaces a cystic, hemorrhagic appearance. Image Copyright: pathorama.ch.
