Mixed Tumor of Skin (Chondroid Syringoma)

Comments:
A well-defined lobule of chondroid material is surrounded by hyalinized stroma. Several nests of myoepithelial cells, taking the form of small spindle cells, are present in this field. Myoepithelial cells can take a variety of forms including epithelial, clear cell or hyaline (plasmacytoid) differentiation.
