Comments:
The tumor is composed of closely packed tubular structures with slit-like lumens. The spindle cell component is less conspicuous here. The tubules are lined by cuboidal to low-columnar epithelium with uniform vesicular nuclei and small punctate nucleoli. A few pockets of basophilic extracellular mucin are present.
