Osteoblastic Osteosarcoma

Osteoblastic osteosarcoma showing excess osteoid production. The marrow space in between preexisting trabeculae of medullary bone (top right and bottom left) is completely filled with osteoid. The tumor cells are scant but still visible and clearly show anaplastic features.
