Angiomatous Meningioma

Comments:
Blood vessels of different sizes are admixed with bland looking meningothelial cells. The vasculature can be either small and delicate mimicking hemangioblastomas or large and thickened, mimicking a vascular malformation. The recognition of meningothelial cells in the background usually helps to clear up the diagnosis.
