The lymphoid aggregates in bone marrow involvement in cases of follicular lymphoma (FL) are usually paratrabecular. In rare instances, however, they may be located more centrally as shown in this image. The patient was a 76 y/o male with cervical and axillary lymphadenopathy who was diagnosed with FL.
