Embryonal CA : Papillary pattern

Comments:
Papillary growth pattern is seen less frequently than solid and glandular patterns in embryonal carcinoma. The papillae have a central blood vessel and are contained within a space (pseudoendodermal sinuses) that create resemblance to Schilller-Duval bodies.
