NLPHL : CD30

Comments:
Nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL): The neoplastic lymphocyte-predominant (LP) cells are negative for CD30 (see the large cell on the right at approx. 2 o'clock position). The CD30-positive large cells seen here are non-neoplastic reactive immunoblasts. In some cases, the LP cells can show weak expression of CD30.
