Meningothelial Meningioma

Comments:
High power view of the previous smear showing the bland nature of meningothelial cells displaying ample cytoplasm and benign looking nuclei. Besides an open and fine chromatin and occasional inconspicuous nucleoli, one can see nuclear pseudoinclusions which is nothing more than cytoplasmic invaginations (not seen in this picture).
