Comments:
This is a whole slide scan showing renal involvement by Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). Extranodal involvement is frequently seen in MCL. About 30% to 50% of patients show tumor infiltrates in more than two extranodal sites. The sites most commonly involved include gastrointestinal tract, liver, spleen, bone marrow, peripheral blood, central nervous system, lungs and pleura.
