Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma

Comments:
Solid sheets and packets of tumor cells separated by fibrovascular septa. There is prominent amyloid deposition around small blood vessels. The tumor cells have amphophilic granular cytoplasm and round nuclei with finely granular chromatin.
