EBV+ Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), NOS: This field shows Reed-Sternberg-like cells in a polymorphic background producing a striking resemblance to Hodgkin lymphoma. Lack of immunoreactivity for CD15 is a useful feature separating it from Hodgkin lymphoma.
