EATL

Comments:
Enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma (EATL) that presented as ulcerative jejunitis. The left portion of the image shows mucosal ulceration with a dense tumor cell infiltration underneath. The right half shows adjacent spared mucosa with changes of Celiac Disease. There is villous atrophy, intraepithelial lymphocytosis (appreciated better at higher magnification), and increased numbers of plasma cells and lymphocytes in the lamina propria.
