Follicular Lymphoma

Comments:
The neoplastic nodules of follicular lymphoma are more numerous and closely packed together in contrast to those seen in reactive follicular hyperplasia. Loss of nodular architecture and it's replacement with diffuse growth signals worsening of prognosis.
