Comments:
In follicular lymphoma (FL), the lymph nodes are generally enlarged with complete effacement of the nodal architecture by the neoplastic follicles. The follicles are closely packed, lack a mantle zone, and do not contain tingible body macrophages. In some cases, the follicles may show considerable variation in size and shape as seen in this image.
