Follicular Lymphoma in Spleen

Splenic involvement in follicular lymphoma causes uniform enlargement of white pulp. Grossly, this appears as numerous white nodules throughout the splenic parenchyma. This gross appearance can be seen in small lymphocytic lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease (rare cases), miliary tuberculosis or amyloidosis (sago spleen). Image copyright: pathorama.ch.
