Comments:
MALT Lymphoma - Parotid: Lymphoma cells aggregate around and infiltrate into ducts producing lymphoepithelial lesions. The neoplastic cells are monomorphic with regular nuclei and moderate amounts of pale-staining or clear cytoplasm producing a monocytoid appearance.

Besides the B-cells with clear cytoplasm, the infiltrate contains small atypical lymphocytes, large transformed cells (centroblasts or immunoblasts), lymphoplasmacytic cells, and plasma cells (which may be numerous and show intranuclear or intracytoplasmic inclusions).
