CLL/SLL with Hodgkin Lymphoma

Comments:
Same case as the previous image. The patient had a long-standing history of CLL/SLL and showed Hodgkin-like transformation in the excised cervical lymph node. The paler areas were composed of plasma cells, neutrophils, and eosinophilis with scattered Reed-Sternberg-like cells that were immunoreactive for CD30 and CD15.
