Clear Cell Sarcoma of Kidney (CCSK) - Cystic Change: Cyst formation and hemorrhage are common in CCSK. Cystic change may be so dominant in some cases that imaging studies and gross appearance given an impression of cystic nephroma (multilocular cyst). Cystic change often involves entrapped renal tubules.
