Comments:
Microscopic Features of Ganglion: The cyst walls are thick and composed of dense, collagenized fibrous tissue with focal myxoid change. The cyst is not lined by synovium and has no communication with the joint space. Chronic inflammation is seen if the cyst ruptures or has been traumatized.
