Apocrine Hidrocystoma

Comments:
Microscopically, the lesion cosists of a cyst lined by two cell layers. The outer cell layer is composed of cuboidal to flattened cells, while the inner layer is made up of columnar cells with abundant eosinophillic cytoplasm and basally oriented nuclei.
