Atypical Lipomatous Tumor / Well-differentiated Liposarcoma

This ALT/WDL is from a 68 y/o male with a large retroperitoneal mass. The cut surface had yellow-brown appearance. Intermediate power view shows several atypical stromal cells in a sclerotic background.
