Ameloblastic Fibroma

Another high-power view of an ameloblastic fibroma. Tooth structures such as enamel and dentin are usually absent. Behavior is benign and a simple curettage is sufficient treatment. Rare cases of fibrosarcoma arising in the cellular stromal component have been reported.
