Lymphocytic Mastitis (Diabetic Mastopathy)

Comments:
The lymphocytic infiltrate may be perilobular (shown here), intralobular, and perivascular. Although most cases occur in diabetic patients, this lesion can also be seen in the absence of diabetes.
