Meningothelial cells admixed with thick pink collagen bundles, possibly a sign of dural invasion. Regardless of occasional duramater infiltration, certain variants of meningiomas are still considered grade I. Invasion of the dura may preclude total resection, but it is not a grading determinant such as invasion of the brain.
