Urothelial CA with Pseudosarcomatous Stroma

Higher magnification of pseudosarcomatous stroma showing plump spindle cells with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm admixed with a few inflammatory cells. Mitotic activity is not increased. The epithelial and the stromal component are usually sharply demarcated.
