Urothelial Carcinoma - Small Cell Type

Higher magnification showing urothelial carcinoma-in-situ and small cell carcinoma in a transurethral resection specimen from urinary bladder. The small cell component shows scant cytoplasm, nuclear molding, finely stippled chromatin, and brisk mitotic activity.
