Sarcomatoid urothelial carcinomas may show heterologus differentiation consisting of rhabdomyosarcoma (shown here), osteosarcoma, chondrosarcoma, and other elements. Numerous rhabdomyoblasts with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm are admixed with small round blue cells with little cytoplasm in this image.
