Urothelial Carcinoma-in-situ : Pagetoid spread

Comments:
The image shows pagetoid spread of urothelial CIS along the surface urothelium. The tumor cells have abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm and atypical nuclei. The benign urothelial cells are present along the basal region. Immunostainin with CK20 highlights the tumor cells in the next image.
