Papillary Serous Carcinoma of Endometrium

Complex papillary growth pattern in a serous carcinoma of the endometrium. The differential diagnosis includes villoglandular variant of endometrial carcinoma which has finger-like papillae with smooth surface lined by columnar cells lacking cytologic atypia.
