Comments:
It is a poorly-differentiated adenosquamous carcinoma that usually affects younger women (mean age 30 to 35 yrs). The tumor cells have moderate amount of ground glass appearing or finely granular eosinophilic cytoplasm. The nuclei are large and vesicular with prominent nucleoli.
